New control systems designed around how the building is actually used, not a generic template. We handle the controls specification, panel build, software and commissioning, and give you documentation you can hand to whoever maintains it next.
Obsolete Trend IQ3 controllers replaced with IQ4E or IQ5. Full migrations from Trend to Delta Controls or Niagara. Wherever possible we reuse existing I/O modules and field wiring, which keeps the cost down and the building running through the changeover.
Planned maintenance visits and reactive callouts, on contract or as required. After every visit you get a written report in plain English — what we found, what we did, what needs watching — rather than a signed tick-sheet that tells you nothing. Recurring faults get investigated properly instead of reset and forgotten, and you'll deal with the same engineer each time.
For when someone else installed it and it doesn't work. Systematic investigation, root cause identified, findings written up. We're often called in after parts have already been replaced without the problem going away.

Loxone as a full BMS platform, not just a smart home system. The Miniserver handles detailed control logic, and open interfaces mean third-party plant, meters, inverters and sensors integrate alongside it — so most BMS specifications can be met without vendor lock-in. Gateway and client Miniservers suit multi-building sites where each area needs to keep running independently. A strong fit for offices, apartment developments, hotels, care and leisure facilities, and schools where a traditional BMS would be over-specified and expensive to maintain.
Flamefast gas safety systems for school science labs, plant rooms, food technology rooms and commercial kitchens — installation, servicing, and annual inspection and calibration. Gas proving, emergency shutoff, ventilation interlocks and CO/CO₂ detection, tested and certified so you have the documentation ready for inspection. We can integrate the interlock status into the BMS so failures are alarmed rather than discovered.
Controls design and build for equipment manufacturers and system integrators. Panel build, controller programming, and BACnet or Modbus integration of your product into wider building systems. Whether you need a control solution developed for a product line or support integrating existing kit into a customer's BMS, we work to your specification and under your branding where required.
Independent verification that your ASHP or low-carbon heating system is performing to design intent. We've found installations where boiler heat was quietly contaminating the heat pump buffer, leaving six ASHPs running at a fraction of their design efficiency while everyone assumed the units were faulty. If your system isn't hitting its numbers, we'll find out why — and we've no equipment to sell you at the end of it.
Energy and utility metering, pulse counting, MVHR commissioning and data collection. Set up so the numbers are actually usable, not just logged.
Secure remote connectivity for sites without reliable IT provision, including LTE gateways where no network is available. Alarms reach the right person; you see the building without driving to it.
